The Sparrow Hotel - Stockholm

The very good rooms and the very helpful staff made our stay a joy despite the varying weather. The concierge team were particularly helpful and helped inevery one of our queries - we will be back!

We were at front of hotel which was noisy on Saturday night due to local clubs and bars but did not detract from the stay.

Fabulous location - everything accessible. Breakfast and restaurant superb. Staff amazing. A great place to stay.

The check in was easy and the atmosphere was RELAXING throughout the hotel. Both rooms we booked were modern and airy with high ceiling, a large bathroom plus soaking tub, the stay was very nice. The breakfast was very very good with local food, bacon plus boiled eggs, and the restaurant's offer was fine.

Unique artistic elements throughout the hotel.

I was disappointed with the lack of information from staff regarding our stay. The Junior Suite listed as sound-proofed was far from it, as we could clearly hear conversations outside our door. The restocking of snacks in our room without consent reminded me of a significant invasion of privacy.

The staff were extremly helpful and appropriately friendly, the hotel was very well designed, rooms comfortable and the location fantastic.

Location within Stockholm was great. Center of a bustling nightlife area, very accessible via metro system. Nice restaurants and high end shopping nearby.

Excellent location for tourists, in walking distance of most museums and the old city, Gamla Stan. The hotel is surrounded by nice restaurants and bars, shopping, is near to a hip-hop boat terminal and a metro station. Don't miss the nearby food market, the Ostermalm Saluhall. The free Wifi is great. We had a lovely, bright and sunny room. Nice bathrooms and easy adjustment of the air conditioning/ heating controls.

The "loft" rooms on the sixth floor have low ceilings and small windows. We asked to be moved out of this room. There was only one international TV channel, the BBC.

I thought the hotel was beautiful with a good bathroom and one of the finest showers I've come across. The breakfast was also good (if not too varied). Above all though the location is superb - 200m from the 'mushroom' in the heart of the city.

I stayed in a small single room (without a window). The bed was comfortable but had a strange wooden frame around the mattress that made it tricky to get in and out of bed.

This hotel was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The decoration is remarkable - different styles - all confy and you surely feel at home. The staff warmly welcome you and are quite helpful in sorting out any information you may need. The breakfast room nicely decorated an dthe staff always ready to serve you. Definitely a place to stay on the next trip to Stockholm.

Wireless signal not strong even to cover all rooms (room on the 2nd floor while on the 4rd floor worked perfectly)

The staff were exceptionally helpful. My room was overlooking the courtyard and was quiet and had everything I needed. The breakfast even thought the same selection was varied and plentiful, I stayed for 10 days. The location is perfect for those wanting to be near a good shopping district and great restaurants and varied night life, some seriously groovy nightclub/ bars nearby. It is only a 10 min walk to the central station so also perfect for sight seeing sojourns.

This boutique hotel is romantic with extremely friendly and excellent staff. A subway station is close to the venue.

What a charming stay! The French-inspired breakfast was heavenly, especially those flaky croissants that turned my mornings into a mini fête. I loved the artistic flair throughout the hotel, with fine artworks at every turn bringing the space to life.
